If travelling alone choose either the guaranteed single option or request twin share, and Orlova will endeavour to match you with another traveller of the same gender or if this is not possible provide a single room at no extra cost.

Booking information

Age Limits

Orlova South Ltd travellers are mostly 50 years old and older, however we do not impose any age restrictions. Children's costs are based on sharing a room with their accompanying adult(s). Allternative accommodation may be required to accomodate families. If you have a question regarding age and suitability please contact Orlova South Ltd for further advice.

Tour costs for children aged 2-15 years inclusive - $500 per day. Age is calculated at the date your tour commences as shown in the traveller's passport.

Privacy

Orlova South Ltd will not disclose personal information such as names, addresses, and telephone numbers to any person outside of the organisation unless you have authorised us to do so or unless required by New Zealand law to disclose such information.

Validity

Tours listed on this website are valid from 1 October 09 to 30 September 2010.

How to book - YOUR CHECK LIST!

1. Check availability. Contact Orlova South Ltd or your travel agent or go to http://www.orlovasouth.co.nz/ to check availability. It is recommended you book early to guarantee your place.
2. Understand the Booking Conditions. Carefully read our Booking Conditions. By booking with us and paying the deposit you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Booking Conditions and that you agree to be bound by the Booking conditions.
3. Pay Deposit and complete the booking form. Pay your non-refundable deposit of $500 (NZ) per guest per tour (or full payment if within 60 days of departure) and complete the booking form, accurately and in block letters. We cannot confirm your booking or release any documentation unless we receive full name, date of birth, and pre-existing medical conditions (if any) for each guest.
4. Complete the booking survey. This will be sent to you and will enable us to personalise your tour.
5. Obtain Comprehensive Travel Insurance. You must have comprehensive travel insurance to travel with us.
6. Make final payment. You must pay the full balance of your tour cost 60 days before departure. In certain limited circumstances in the Booking Conditions we may be forced to adjust our prices.
7. Provide operational details. We require any outstanding information required by the booking form, plus any additional health documentation that may be required as outlined in the Booking Conditions.
8. Provide pre and post travel and accommodation information and or requests.

Payment

Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, and Bank transfer. Payment by credit card will incur a surchage of 2 % of the total amount. Your security is important to us, therefore we can now process payments via Paypal's secured software system ensuring the privacy of each transaction. We now accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

Governing Law

You agree that this contract and anything that may arise during your tour are governed by New Zealand Law and jurisdiction.

Severalability

In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions of this Agreement.

Notices

All notices or disputes shall be served for Orlova South Ltd at the address set out herein and for you at the address set out in the booking form by you or at your email address and in the case of e-mail service shall be deemed to have been received by you 12 hours after being sent electronically by Orlova South Ltd (New Zealand time) to your usual e-mail address.
